250g prawns | medium sized, peeled, with or without tail, steamed/poached
Step1
Crush 4 garlic cloves and blend with 1 tsp shogo chaat masala using the back of a fork. Keep aside.
Step2
Heat 2 Tbs oil in a non-stick pan on low heat. Add the crushed garlic and fry till light brown. Add ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp roasted cumin seed powder, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander seed powder and roast for 2 minutes. Add the prawns, stir-fry for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add 1 Tbs lime juice and 2 tsp shogo chaat masala. Mix well. Garnish with mint leaf. Serve.
