shogo chaat masala imparts a tangy + salty + peppery + sweetish character to a dish. Use it to introduce this combined taste into chaats, salads, chutneys, dips and fruit drinks. Sprinkle on fried fish, tandoori chicken, kebabs, dals etc. and even on pizzas and sandwiches. Use chaat masala for chats like panipuri, dahi vada, aloo chaat etc. Use it in hot, sour and/or sweet chutneys. And in summer drinks, like lassi, sugarcane juice, and tamarhindi. You’ll love it!
